In conclusion, our new OPR engine is Lightweight (1/5 of a regular engine), compact size with minimal Parts (cheaper to maintain and manufacture), Powerful (Weight: HP Ratio – 0.3), Efficient (Consumes 40% less fuel), Environmental friendly (Emit 70% less CO2)
and can run on any different fuel (including gasoline, diesel, gas and ethanol).
All our blueprints and calculations are done and we hold 3 patents in 20 countries including China.
The OPR engine’s oil cooling system is based on cooling the pistons by an oil circulation system which lubricates the bearings and rotor as well.
Intake and exhaust
OPRE is a two-stroke engine with two pistons in one cylinder, moving in opposite directions, to form the combustion chamber, the pistons cycle, opens and close the intake and exhaust ports in an un synchronize timing, to manage the gas exchange process.
Conversion of motion
OPR engine employs a new design converting a linear reciprocating piston stroke to rotary motion by using an elliptically shaped rotor.
